Have you heard Malmsteen's version of Hangar18. It had heard it before I heard the Megadeth's version. Initially I thought Megadeth covered Malmsteen : . Nice version with Jeff Scott Soto on vocals.
Has anyone heard Malmsteen's "Gates of Babylon" sounds better than the Blackmore version p: to Ronnie) anyway i ahve realised taht Malmsteen is really amazing when he covers other artists ... :nw:
The whole mood changes when Malmsteen covers Hendrix. He lacks that style. I have that G3 with me and man it was boring. The first G3 tape was pretty good. I recently heard Red House covered by Gary Moore. Awesome one but Gary Moore should not attempt to sing . He sings like a 200 year old Budda.
:nw: GARY MOORE :nw: :nw: GARY MOORE :nw: :nw: GARY MOORE :nw: am gonna get mad - for past 4 hours i have kept three of his songs in loop ... Out in the Field, Empty Rooms, Loner ... i am going insane :insane:
In that case if you hear this version of Red House, you will head straight to the asylum. Really awesome stuff. When you come to Bangalore, I will give you the DVD.
 godamn ... the MODs shoulkd provide one smiley for drool also ... it such a frequent used expression ... sure dude ... i WILL ... Gary moore ... Toni Iommi ... Ritchie Blackmore ... there should be a poster made with these three guys ... (similar to one which has Ozzy, Doors singer n Lemmy)
even eric johnson did a version of red house. i thought it was better than yngwie's takes on hendrix.
