EXL guitar or Pluto

    Hi everyone,
    I am confused over these two guitars
    1. Pluto HW41CE(4 band eq without tuner),one of my friend bought this one
    2. EXL (4 band with tuner)(new name to me)
    both costing 6k
    can anyone suggest me the better one between these two..
