1.Why are you selling it? 2.No, it does not have 5 year warranty from ESP. It has 1 year warranty from ESP and maybe 4 years from furtados which means that in 2 years if something bad happens u wont get a replacement. Once again, its an awesome guitar and why are u selling it?
