Hi guys I have a Windows Xp os and well as creative speakers with woofer, can i hook my guitar to the PC ? do I need any additional software ..if so then please tell me the names. DEVINA
Why do you want to plug into the system? Did you try connecting directly to the creative box? And I remember I tried connecting to a PC, but the volume wasn't good. you need a pre-amp between your PC and guitar, to get some good output.
just to plug ur guitar into the PC, u need nothing except a guitar cable, and a 1/4 inch to EP conveter at one end of it, which goes into the mic in or line in port (preferably mic in). thats IT.
n use guitar fx box to get effects like distortion would have posted pics but my mob to pc cable has some prob so sorry

I have connectd my semi-acquostic guitar to PC. just plugged in the chord to mike-in and it sounds fatabulous. Having good speaker wd help prefferably with amps...and to record i have ACD PRO...where i can change the pitch as per my descretion.
