Ek Syaah Raat

Ek Syaah Raat hai jo mein karvatein badal guzaar rahi hoon
Yeh thaki aankhein hain jo band hone ka naam nahi leti, bas jharokhe ki taraf nazar tikaye nihaar rahi hoon


Woh dareeche se jhaankti duur kisi Diye ki roshini meri aankho ko cheer, rooh tak pahunch kya kehna chahti hai
Aisa lagta nahin jaise saansein nikal vaapas aana chahti hain

Baahar Baarish girti sunaai padti hai
Andar yeh toofaan mera gala ghot..ta dikhta hai


Aashayein jaise dhool bhari aandhi se lipat duur ja giri ho, yeh koi shraap hai ya ek raat hai, yehi sochti hoon
Ek andhere kamre mein band apni zindagi ko phir bhi khatm hone se rokti hoon


Haan Rokti hoon..kyunki Yeh Ek Syaah Raat ki khwaahish hai jo meri zindagi ko hamesha apni syaahi ke aagosh mein rakhna chahti hai

Vakaayi ek Syaah Raat hai Yeh, hai na?​

so..this was my first hindi poem...(not 100% hindi as in some places i have used urdu too.. thats unavoidable)

its not that tough hindi..save a word or two!!..anyways translated in english for all who'd have problem comprehending!

Really nice......the english version also with some changes it can be converted into a nice dark metal song

 

ok - now understood it...whadya expect i crawled on my tummy to pass in my hindi bord exams....so now i'll hand out the reps....

thanx..yeah..im sure i need improvement...my hindi is quite strong but then writing a poem..is still not that easy..but first attempt!!! ..hope to improve in forthcoming poems(if at all i write any more hindi ones)

u kiddin......i had my notebook under the desk durin g my class 8th sanskrit egjam - and i still needed grace marks - a whole 7 and a half of em - to pass....
u kno - im writin a song in hindi currently....but its language is of....umm...."higher" intelect...:

 

why 10th ..i had hindi till 12th :grin:
will tell u my marks of both standards, next time i post..or remind me :grin:

 

so now somebody gonna start a thread called..."How many marks you scored in Hindi".. aajkal aise threads bahut chal rahein hain..

 

well - my score was sumthin like 67 in 10th bords...and then in sanskrit----it was a completely diff story.....

Wow...that ws gr88...i liked the Hindi version...though read the english aswell to get the meaning of some words....reps definitly.
That was a rocking first attempt at writing somethng in Hindi...keep writing :beer:
