Dunlop Big Stubby 3.0 mm picks

    Hey ppl,
    I have been using this pick for a while now and i have come to realise that whenever i do fast tremelo picking on the 6th string muted...my index finger gets ****ed man.Is this plectrum too hard or something or is my technique wrong lol..

    index finger of which hand???


    if it's the left dont worry u'll get used to it try some adjustments
    if ' it is the right then hold the pick near the edge(not exactly at the edge)
    so that the pick is a bit wobbly .

    btw 3 mmm stubby is jsut tooo thick.

    tried this stuff once. didn't suit me. i think you should try some other plectrum.

    iiikk....big stby 3.mm n 2.0mm is wut i use for playin bass wid picks...:p:
    small stuby is okk.....best is jim dunlop jazz 3...:grin: for gtr...

    maan....................u usin 3.o mm picks???????????i use dat for bass.................................i use a jim dunlop 0.5 mm pick........suits me da best........................even alice is good.....................though dey break real easy dey are damn kool.................................................

    I have one of those too....Jim Dulop Stubby 3mm....is real fun to play with....my gurl gave it to me sayin its her heart *blushes*

    Doesnt it look like a lil heart? :grin: No issues playin any string anywhere for me...

    You could try using a 2mm Stubby or switch to a Dunlop Jazz III (slightly more than 1mm in thickness). It's a great pick! (pun intended).

    Both these are available at Furtados or Bhargava's.
