Dude sues himself!

When a dump truck backed into Curtis Gokey's car, he decided to sue the city for damages. Only thing is, he was the one driving the dump truck.

But that minor detail didn't stop Gokey, a Lodi city employee, from filing a $3,600 claim for the December accident, even after admitting the crash was his fault.

After the city denied that claim because Gokey was, in essence, suing himself, he and his wife, Rhonda, decided to file a new claim under her name.

i rememba in the news couple of years ago, there was some tony martin farmer guy in england who shot a burglar who broke onto/into his farm, and then the burglar took him to court and tony martin went 2 jail!!! how crazy!

this is fart stuff...i read that once a burglar sued the owner of the house whom he was robbin for a dog bite he recived in the process...dunno the oda details tho...and there was another case where a guy sued some guys on a chat room cuz they were teasing him!!!

I remember a news once I read in Hindustan times...a man raped and killed a goat..then the goat owner sued the man for raping lolz.........

 

o i rememba another 1 i once got in email...
a burglar broke into sum ppls house wen they were on holiday.
he sumhow managed 2 get stuck in their garage.
the only edible thing in their garage was dog food...
the owners were on holiday 4 like a month, and the burglar had 2 resort to eatin animal grule
wen they came back, i think he tried 2 sue them.
whether this is tru or not i dont know, and if he won, i dont know, cant properly remember it, lol

well - hey - i gave it to my dog - and i cudnt help wondring - hey wat do these animals like in this...so i found out - that its just bland - but its prolly got some chmical that makes it adictive fer animals (i just ate up a whole bag - and im looking fer another) so im gonna sue em now
