i've heard that urine was called "shibambu" in auyrveda. apparently drinking urine is being continued from way back. they don't instruct you to drink it thruout the day. but the first "dhar" of the morning. (imagine the first thing u do in the day ... drinking u r own.. : ) ...the first one apparently contains a lotta minerals and some good chemicals that our body produces. anyway who wish to live longer ... drink u r shibambu and live lika morarji. ( i also heard abt him). who don't wish to live long drink beer.... seems like pee anyway :

the urine contains IGF-1 ... a steroid hormone taht bodybiulders use ... and it has minimal side effects ...

so ... i guess ppl here are intelligent enuff to put two and two together ... :grin:
