Hi everyone,

Would be great if you can download my track called "GIFT FOR YOU .."

Its a guitar instrumental and and I would appreciate it if you could give it a fair listen . Any comments/feedback good or bad are welcome.

wow. thats pretty cool stuff. i liked it a lot. your soloing is very precise.

 

I am listening to the mp3 on mackie HR 824 reference monitors... i am hearing cracks and i think sound is clipping.. is the problem with the mp3 encoding? i am guessing it was professionaly recorded.. maybe use a better mp3 encoder? like digidesigns encoder?

Nice work man!

But as Jay said.. there is this slight hizzing sound in background in some part of the file!
Anycase.. the music is rock-solid!

Firstly Im very grateful and a big thanks for the kind comments --it means a lot after the hours/days of work in my room !
Yeah I guess the cracks are from the encoding as I used a standard encoder but will look into the one you mentioned--and I know the 824 are very accurate --Ive just got some decent nearfields recently (genelecs 1029/s) so hope to resolve anything like that in the future.

Many thanks for the kind comments and encouragement --I hope to post some more tracks but wont be for a while as I just had a knee operation last week and you wont believe the pain !!!!!!! So I guess it will be a while before I get back into my home studio ! But seriously everyone who's commented on the track the comments have been really encouraging and its motivated me to do some more --just hope you like the new ones also !

Unfortunately I have never tabbed anything in my life but after reading your post Im doing my research --if anyone else can tab it I would be really grateful but otherwise I'll try to learn to it myself --but dont know when I'll be able to get it up --but will try too--also Im currently doing no music after a knee op (ACL reconstruction--I'm sure you probably know what that is) so all music related work on hold at moment.
