The main chords of the song are G, C, Am, G(2) Try playing the G on the start with only one finger at the position of G on the bar. And leave the rest of the fingers at rest. 1 2 3 E-----------------------0--- B-----------------------0--- G-------------------------- D-------------------------- A-------------------------- E-------------------------- G C D Dooba dooba rehta hoon aankhon me teri G C D Deewana ban gaya hoon main chaahat me teri Am Bm Ab din guzarte nahin Am Bm Ratein kat-ti nahin Am Bm Am Bm G Teri tasvir se baat ban-ti nahin... New Bie Hi, I own a Yamaha C40 classical guitar. I am trying to play this song Dooba Dooba using the post that shows the chords on this forum. I know the following chords: G Major, C Major, D Major E Minor A Minor and D Minor. Are these chords sufficient to play this song...cause when I play it it doesn't sound anything close to the orignal. Also what should be the pattern of strumming? Thanks to anybody who replies! Regards, Da_linuxguru
The chords given above are fine to sing along to - but they do not match with the original which is 2 notes lower. So if you wanna play it on the same scale as the original, make the following replacements in the chords given above: Replace By G F C A# D C A G This matches with the original. If you're playing the song on G, the above mentioned chords are the only chords in the song...avoid using Am and Bm...it'll sound off!! Strumming should be done the way you find it comfortable to sing along dude, add some choke if you want to make it sound better. Cheers, Vedder.
