U are skipping essential chords (see Ondra Renda chords in the tamil forum its the same song). But your arrangement will work for a beginner. Only change is its Dm and not D. There is no D major in the song. EDIT: I take my prev comment back. upon viewing your chords more closely.. the verse chords do not make any sense. you are not only skipping, but got them wrong as well buddy.
