Difference between arpeggios and plucking

..i had read all d fuken articles available on net abt arpiggios.....but my ass was just unable to find ne diffrnce betwn PLUKING nd ARPiGGIOS ..(except dat in pluking v hv to pluck nd v can use pick! for arpiggios.@#$%.)
