Well i can give them a hint/way a understand it. Try to love yourself unconditionally, your ears eyes nose ,your habits good or bad. Forgive youself when you do something wrong and be greatfull to yourself. When you do all this your whole life will bloom with joy and happiness. And you will start loving your environment and everything in it. I mean its logical you cannot give something to other if you donot have it with you. I you love yourself you will love others. if you hate youself you will equally hate others!!!
