^^ are you teaching me? ..BPO is BAKERY PRODUCTS OUTLET !...its more of a factory outlet...and your job i suppose is to attend calls there....like there will be many people phoning and ordering bread and buns....and you will attend them and note it down and then send it to the baker.....then he bakes it! its all common sense....why do i have to join them to know them???!!
