Well i wanna buy strings that are loud nd bright for acoustic guitar.....i cudnt dcyde wat to buy bronze?phosphorous?nickel{i kno its for electric but still}...another thing what gauge??some core stuff is also there so help me out guys,,,i do not have amp so the strings should b loud enough....
you can go for the D'Addario Phosphor Bronze ones.. Gauge varies from 10 11 12 .. if you have a cheapo guitar than go for lighter gauge only (thats my recommendation) ... reason being that your guitar's neck might not be able to take the heavy ones easily and it might bent with prolonged use.. the phosphor bronze strings are supposed to have a brighter sound..
hhmmm i bought daddario,,,,another thing....ihv upgraded my acoustic into a semi electric....bt i dont hv amp...i heard dat i can use my stereo as amp..is der somthin lyk dat or i hafta spend some cash on amps..
there are softwares available like guitarfx etc.. which you will need.. lite version may be available for free .. google it..
k... i have a new problem now....i downloaded dat software but i cudnt understand nething....wat r these things latency etc,,,i wanted to amplify my guitar sound....dont wanted to record also.....so wat is dis semi electric for?? nd if i want to record den how??ne softwares?? bt i want to amplify...
you'll need a converter as in the pic to connect guitar to ur pc microphone in.. and take the output from headphone(which is ur speaker in this case) .. use the software.. latency is nothin but time delay.. use google dude.. things will be clearer..
yaaa yaa i do have the converter nd i put dat converter into the sound jack of the cpu but the problem is in dat jack i hv my creative speakers ..so da speakers's wire has to b taken ut b4 i can get my guitar's wire into dat jack....
.. dese jacks r supposed to b on cpu??? i hv three suck jacks of different colour....one is for mic i think...
.. done done....awesome....good for playing metal...a little bit of distortion too....sound is harsh nt soft...bt yipppeeee.. thanx dude
yes you are correct.. in pc there may be three.. green is for headphone and pink is for mic(not sure though)..
