wat is the dif b/w tabs and chords.. I know the chords of a song... but don know how to play it means pluck it once or in a particular manner... i don know much ihave just learnt chords.. C G7 Am Dm E Em.. like this is the song Bin tere sanam marr mitengey humm Dm aa meri zindageeeeee C Dm Aaana hi pada Sajna Zaalim hai dill ki lageee Dm C Am Dm Terey hi dumm se hogi ....Dill ki muraaad Poooori F G Terey bagair jaanam hai zindagee adhuree... C Am C Dm an then repeat the same pattern for : ae merey hasee abb na jaa kahee ..... plz tell me how to play it step by step...?? thx in advance
i guess thats what vini replied to u in the hindi thread u created ok let me clear sth when it says chords its usually u strike all the strings it says eg for G its 320033 so u put ur fingers in those position n u strike all thats striking thing its better if called strumming when chords r plucked one at a time its called arpeggio hmm what more can i add look for the tutorials posted here n also in cyberfret n ultimate guitar websites hope that helps at least a bit (reps r welcomed lol)

u would catch up wid more practise...ur basically not getting when to switch chords: CHECK ATTACHMENT!! where u have to switch the chords..now uL know coz i have put the chord right beneath the word where u need to change the chord while singing.... Hope u get it u cant force urself to do sumthin which u cant as a newbie..so have patience and keep practising..try listening to the song and playing along wid it..soon uL come to know when to change chords on ur own All tHe best!!

First put aside your guitar and listen to some plain drum-play for some time. I mean without any rolls and frills. Tap your feet to the beat. U'll find that the beats are equispaced. Take 4 beats= 1 bar. the speed of the beat is also ur tempo. Now sing the song to that tempo and play chords alongwith it. U'll find urself understanding the answer and improving in no time. If u don't have a drummer friend, use FL Studio.

I wud suggest to figure out practically how a guitarist play/strums. Better take classes bro n then start working on net. :beer:
Yeah man i am taking classes though its twice a week, bcoz i am doin engg n don have much of time thats why i was searchin net so that i can get a bit of guidance...
