    Song: Baahon mein chale aao
    Singer: Lata Mangeshkar
    Music Director: R. D. Burman
    Movie: Anamika

*This song uses the F#9 chord at two different times and in two different ways. First, at the beginning when only the line “Baahon mein chale aao” is sung, there is a very distinctive F#9 at the “aao”. This one can be played as follows:

    E|--9--
    B|--9--
    G|--11--
    D|--11--
    A|--9--
    E|--9—

*After this, the song with the rhythm follows the chord sequence as mentioned below.
The second time F#9 is used during the first interlude, where it is best played in the following way but with a different strumming pattern:

    E|--4--
    B|--2--
    G|--3--
    D|--4--
    A|-----
    E|---—

    *Song with the rhythm*

    F#-----------------B--
    Baahon Mein Chale Aao
    ----F#----------------D--
    Ho, Humse Sanam Kya Parda
    -----E---------------F#---
    Ho, Humse Sanam Kya Parda
    ----C#------------F#---
    Yeh aaj ka nahin Milan
    ----B----------F#--------
Yeh sang hai umar bhar ka

    F#
Chale Hi Jaana Hai, Nazar Churake Yu
    C#---------------B----------------F#--------
Phir Thaami Thi Saajan Tumne Meri Kalayi Kyu
    -----C#-------------F#-------B--------------F#----
Kisi Ko Apna Banake Chod De, Aisa Koi Nahin Karta

    *same as above*

Kabhi Kabhi Kuchh To, Kaho Piya Humse
E, Kam-Se-Kam Aaj To Khulake Milo Zara Humse
Hai Raat Apani, Jo Tum Ho Apne, Kisi Ka Phir Hame Dar Kya
Sh, sh, sh, sh, sh, sh
    Baahon Mein Chale Aao.

*Note: This is my version of baahon mein chale aao. Ganesh Rane had the right scale in his post made earlier in this section. However, I think that certain of his chords required some modification and also some chords were to be added. It is very important to get the rhythm of this song right, as there in lies the spirit of the song. I have tried to get the right chord sequence for this song, however, this may not be perfect. Any suggestions/rectifications are more than welcome. I hope you all like this post.
