Here is my attempt. Sorry... It was very challenging for me to transcribe the chords. So, I have tried my best.
Hand-on-heart, I am not fully convinced myself with the below chords.
So, we shall wait for our Legend to provide his accurate version.

Honestly, when I played the above chords, enakku andha "bliss" feel varala.
It only comes to me when we play the chords from the Legend. Eagerly waiting for the precise chords from the Legend.
Completely agree that it is indeed a tough song to sing and play.
Especially in Charanam, the 2nd - "Medai Podum" has a lot of gamagams and the last few lines from "Boopaalam paadaamal" was hard to sing and play for me.
