I found some people askin for the chords of this song.. posted the chords b4 too.. guess no one noticed.. so i'm sending it again.

I heard this song long time back.. but i remember the first part of the song quite well.. the last part i'm not sure.. but its a wonderful song 2 be played on guitar.. nyways hav fun. : This is my frst thread : didnt know how 2 start 1 b4 :

I have a totally different take on the antara

the antara is very different for what you guys have posted..
according to me it goes like this

The F Bb C is the most beautiful part fo the song.. where he changes scale from Am to F major.. since only bass,strings and vocals are in the antara its kinda confusing when u hear the song for the first time. when it sinks it it makes total sense.

So now he is in F Major scale, and needs to come back to Am... what does he do..
He beautifully shifts one step to G major scale in "yeho to hai sanam"
then does a G-> fleeting Abdim->back to Am(the bass guitar does a G Ab A transition actualy while strings play counter melody and he sings..).. .. RD was a genious.!

Abdim =(Ab+B+D)

prblm with me is that i only work with the A B... G major & minors only.. and 1 or 2 sevenths like E7 B7... i hav no idea what 2 do with the rest..... sus, aug, dim... etc etc.. how do u get 2 figure out those chords in a song ?? :think:

nyways.. can u giv me the configuration 4 that Abdim :shock:

and u askd 2 refer 2 ur note .. is it the last few lines of ur msg ?

 

yes the NOTE means the last few lines where he has explained the logic behind his deduction. seems nice, I still need to play it and see.

add the sus4,sus2Maj 7,min7 and 7 chords to your vocabulary. and learn to identify them. then u should move to dim,dim7, dim7-5 or half dim,m9.9 and maj 9,add9,add11,#9,#11,13... etc etc... it will never stop..
and then one day many year from now .. when u are arranging a sympphony.. u will stop it midway.. and ask violinist #23 to tune her G string.. as it is down quarter step :

At antra during O O after C7 you can add C.....F.....

(C7 is in jayswami's post..its correct)..But i dont agree with the Bb..hold the F chord there.
