Umm, I would agree with Rohan here. D# is more accurate. G# fits in but for both the versions D# is more accurate.

your chords are that of the unplugged version of the song sung by suhail in A scale.
both our chord progressions are the same ~ so it seems that both are correct :banana:
but i just one to make one small change in your work ~

play "Yeh khamoshi jeene naa de ~ Koi to baat ho" on | D - Bm - E - D | instead of | D - F#m - E- D |.

I think the actual chords played in the Song starts with A instead of C. I myself played the song and this sounded more appropriate than the before. Try it for yourself.

I think latest one is more accurate.
More over thats the original scale of the song.
But in this i found Bm somewht awkward. That does not go that smooth.
Insead of Bm, D goes more proper.
