    Went to Furtados,mumbai

They didnt have s420 or s570

Played Epiphone sg special 2 [its an ok guitar]
Played Esp Ltd MH-50 [really loved the sound and feel but scared of the floyd rose special bridge that it has got]
Any insights on how much tuning can it hold?
    its for 20k

Hey man try not to get a floyd rose or any floating bridge. You will find it hard to play in different tunings.. Its all way too complicated... I don't think its possible either... Correct me if im wrong... A fixed bridge is always better.. And at the end of the day, you'll realize that you dont and wont use the floyd rose that often...

As I had mentioned earlier too, I am selling my ESP EX 260, with Seymour Duncan Jb SH4 pickup in bridge position, It doesnt have a tremolo setup, let me know if you are interested....Its got the Tune -o-matic Bridge and holds tuning really well....

Rickyyrich has seen it and played it, you may ask him for a feedback if interested.

About the LTD MH-50 the tremolo is better than the licensed ones but i am yet to play a guitar that has FR special in it. Now about the guitar wood the basswood used on these low end guitars is korean basswood which is softer and has some unfavorable tonal properties like poplar. The american or Japanese basswood is better. Plus make sure that if you get a basswood guitar with a FR it has locking studs.

    S570 is a good choice
    since you prefer metal
    try for a vypyr 15
if you really cant find it anywhere roland 15

    Thanks for your help ayu135

    But I have decided s570
    I played it dude !!
I got this shiver down my spine when i touched the neck.
Holy Shit this is the one !!
I played prs paul allender signature .
I didnt like the sweet prs sound + its 22 frets [doesnt make a diff but still ].
I agree prs was godlike when I played some blues and country and metal was great too but not that much crunch like I got with s570.

Ty a lot though bro !!
Also I want a trem badly
    I have fixed it.

i've heard good reviews of the tremonti
    great guitar
EDIT: @ayu is it hard tail?

if you want to make it squeal and stuff then go for a floyd rose
but maintaining it till you use it that frequently can be a *hassle*
i dunno the tremonti's sound but i suppose it'll easily pull off high gain
the good part about any signature guitar is that the artist's name is involved so he will go over the basic instrumentation and structure of it even if its for very little time
some of the committed ones even play the piece and have the manufacturers remake it if they dont find it upto the mark

    HOWEVER
i would still go for the Ibanez
Cause not only does the S570 play sweet but i love its neck which improves playability

and i know i have said this millions of times but here goes again
If you can afford guitars in the 30k range and are happy with a hardtail then GO FOR GODIN!!!!!
