thanks bhaskar yeah good chords with thumbnails that will give the better idea of chords....thanks again..and waiting to see your new chord posting............. rohit
^^hey this chord thumbnail thing is nice...never thought of it...i think when ppl ask 4 difficult chords or somethin like that, posting such pictures will help....by da way, nice chords....try A insted of C#m...i think it sounds better...also E, A & B form the chord group....neways,nice try.....
Hey Rohit and Hardik, Thanks for the appreciation, Hey Hardik,Thanks for those nice words, A Major chord will work because the note played is C sharp. But there is no scale in which we can play E MAJOR ,B MAJOR and A MAJOR all three maJor chords together. A major will thus sound right as it strikes the C sharp note but it is not the correct chord of this scale. I gave C#minor as it falls in this scale. Song is played in B Major-G Sharp Minor Scale Scale-------------Chords B------------------ B , E , F sharp 7 G#minor-------- G sharp minor, C sharp minor, D sharp 7 now you see the only scales in which chords A, B AND E come close are the E MaJOR and E b Major scales but there again we use B7 and not BMajor. hope this helps Bhaskar
@bhaskar...well as far as i know....A,B & E form a chord progression...I-IV-V....have been out of touch from a long time...but i do remember this...A-B-E is definately one of the chord progressions that we use...and i dont quite understand the way you described the scale...as in the "B Major-G Sharp Minor Scale"....would u be kind enough to elobrate......would really like to know...i better get on da technical side now...
Gutar Basics -2 Hey Hardik, Please read this post of mine------- see para 3--- https://indianguitartabs.com/showthread.php?t=13583&highlight=jaadu+hai+nasha then read on--- In short, chord progressions 1, 1V ,V are used with Cord I being the scale in which the song is played, for example if the song is played in the basic C scale ,we use C ,F ,G all majors as I,IV and V chords. So if u want to use A-B-E AS 1,4,5 it shud start on E right! But this song(Bheegi-Bheegi) is on the B Scale.-so out goes that progression. Also in E scale We encounter sharp and flat note so the chord progression would be E,A and B7 and so it would be incorrect to use E,A and B as I,IV, AND V.The correct progression would be E-A-B7-E-A-B7-and..so on.Now it would also be incorrect to use B Major chord in that scale as it is not the chord of the scale .the only chords u r allowed to use in this scale(E MAJOR SCALE) are E A B7 and if its a minor key C sharp minor F sharp minor and G sharp 7. ..Similarly in our B Major Scale for the above song(bheegi bheegi..) We are not Allowed to use A major Chord. The chord progression for this scale is B --E-- F sharp 7 ,and in case minor scale/notes are encountered we can use G sharp minor, C sharp minor, D sharp 7. Question---Whats the minor???--- Now each scale which starts on one of the notes has a MINOR scale associated with it,in which the singer/player uses one or two flat/sharp notes(only ones which are allowed) without changing the scale, for example lets take the basic C scale.the notes are- C D E F G A B ----notice no flat or sharp notes But what if one of the notes in the song is a A flat!???--But A flat is not in the C scale ,,u see now thats the minor key of the scale and this minor key has 3 more chords u can use if you enconter these sharp/flat notes.Every Major KEY/SCALE has a relative minor KEY/SCALE. FOR EXAMPLE---- Major KEY---------------------RELATIVE MINOR KEY C----------------------------------------Am E---------------------------------------C#m B--------------------------------------G#m and just like the 1-4-5 of the major scale, the minor scales also have their own chords which can be used; as we used c#m in our song Question--Whay am I using E-A-B7 and not E-A-B ??? And why do we use B-E-F#7 and not B-E-F as 1-4-5 in E major and B major scales like the way we use C-F-G in C major. Ans- C scale has all proper notes- C D E F G A B all other scales have flats and sharps which make u change the chords for example E major goes like this- E F# G# A B C# D # Hope it helps Bhaskar
I agree Bhaskar, E -B7- A makes a chord progression, not E-B-A The chords u gave are technically correct. Strong Basics.Good work. reps for u my friend
I THINK THERE IS THIS ONE SMALL CHANGE THAT NEEDS TO BE INCORPORATED ITS A STAND OUT CHORD, THAT HAS TO BE PLAYED THERE... see below for right EDIT
I THINK THERE IS THIS ONE SMALL CHANGE THAT NEEDS TO BE INCORPORATED ITS A STAND OUT CHORD, THAT HAS TO BE PLAYED THERE... B Bheegi bheegi raaton mein, meeti meeti baaton mein E------------------------------------------B Aise barsaaton mein kaisa lagtaa hai?
