I hope someone can shed some light on this issue. Sony Acid Pro and Cakewalk Sonar 4 that i think are quite good, does anyone know which is the best recording software out there?

Hi Neo, have you concluded the best among the common software like cakewalk, ACID, cubase etc?
And also do you know any names of professional software and their cost? I am damn curious to know what software does AR Rahman use. (Read from a site where he stated that it took 3 years for him to get full control over his software :) )

    Thanks & Regards
