No, I'm no professional....barely even an ameuter. It's just that singing has always been a passion for me and it hurt like hell when I first realized that I did not have the talent to be a singer...especially since a lot of people lied to me and led me to believe that I had a very good voice when I was younger (hence my vehemence against false praise). So since I couldn't be a singer, being a backup vocalist was the next best thing so I worked at it for a while....asked around, hunted for karaoke tracks on the internet so I could listen to vocal harmonies more easily etc.

i sing nice but don have that gr8 voice to sing in lead.

 

me too....i suck when it comes to singing!.....i screeeeeeeeama!....but i hate screaming!:grin:

ah, I've been lazy. I was thinking that perhaps I should post a complete lesson in the Guitar tips forum....but hang on, I'll work on something to post later tonight. Right now I'm off to play football.
