Aspiring musician...need a lot of advice

of course it is....m not criticizing a restaurant show...dont get me wrong....no job is bad...but ultimately its not the goal i think....but i dont really know the step to go beyond this....

my 1st performance was to entertain kids in a summer camp, i like kids n really enjoys the way the lil angels behaved. i got 500 bucks...but it was better than a bullshit bhojpuri show...i did it only for money :....i can still get bhojpuri shows if i try but by heart i hate them...audience scream to play "haay re hoth-laali" etc and i hate cheap double-meaning songs......but how to perform without these mental breakdowns is out of my knowledge.....
