I've just started learning the acoustic guitar, it's been 2 months or so and I'm addicted. It's still early but my hands are past the agony of barre chords so I think I'm sure I'll be playing for a long time now. Looking for a first electric purchase, something like a Yamaha PAcifica 112/Dean Vendetta XMT/Squier Strat/Fat Strat/Ibanez grg170/etc. I'll probably have a budget of 14k or so (max limit- will be comfortable with 11k or so). But before i start hitting shops I'd like to know if anyone is looking to upgrade and wants to sell an otherwise good guitar. It'd be great if anyone is selling one of these solid beginner models in Delhi at a sub 10k price. I'd also be interested in a slightly 'better' guitar if it falls into my purchase range. Thanks in advance. I'll be putting all my resources into a guitar... no amp for now.
Seems you found my thread before I could reply... I think my Avion AV1 will suit you fine... Give it a checkout, one of the recommended beginner guitars in India, selling for 8k only. You can use the cash you save to buy a beginner's amp. Remember: even an awesome Rs 1 lakh professional level electric guitar will sound like crap without a good amp. https://indianguitartabs.com/showthread.php?t=46344
i know someone selling an *original* kramer pacer in delhi, very reasonable too. not the new cheapass crap. here's the description: "Kramer Pacer, black, USA made from 1987. Seymour duncan pickups and Floyd rose, hard case. Please do not confuse with new Kramers, this is an original American made guitar from the 80s. Fair condition cosmetically, plays perfect. Rs. 22,000" PM me your email address if you're interested and I'll pass it on to him.
Uh, the kramer pacer is pretty much waay out of my budget, even if it's an awesome deal. How much is the RG370DX for?
