I am posting chords in E major of a very romantic classic oldie, Na tum hume jaano rendered most beautifully by :nw: Hemant Kumar and :nw: Suman Kalyanpur. This song is pure classic - they don't make them like this anymore. I have played this with my band in a slow lounge song format, jazz style, which I have tried to incorporate in the chords here. Thx for the feedback and reps Vini. The chords I have posted are particularly suitable if this song is played in a low tempo & unplugged. They do add interesting colour to the song without taking anything away from its beautiful melody. Do listen to the song and good luck!!
The scale is E major. Btw the chords I gave at top of my post appear to have been mixed up by technology - (bah.. who needs it!). They should be as follows Dmaj7 F#m7 E 5 5 B 5 5 G 6 6 D 7 4 A 5 E I would like some more feedback from you dudes out there in cyber space.
Hi Sumayee Thanks for posting this wonderful song. I had little doubt for the notation you have used in the begining: Dmaj7 F#m7 E 5 5 B 5 5 G 6 6 D 7 4 A 5 E What does that mean ? Did you play this song with standard 022100 E chord and 002220 A chord. Let me know... Thanks in advance Regards
