The problem is that rapists tend to get away in our country(or maybe in any country) because they have political connections. We Indians always blame the victim for wearing short clothes or some stupid reason for getting raped. But the truth is that rape predates these short clothes. In my opinion all rapists should be gelded and boiled in hot oil.
