dude there is a hell lotsa diff between pay package and salaray drawn

like u may get an offer for Rs 4.8 Lacs per annum as the pay package (Also known as Cost ot Company)

and your actual salary drawn might be just Rs 16K per month ...

usually what happens is that companies put all their "expenses" on the employee as "pay package"

and lo ... u get an inflated figure ... which those companies can advertise
