Advice: Strumming

Well i'm planning on learning chords, ok, does anyone know
where i can find a good tutorial on chords, which to start
with and how to go about it.
And then strumming, i guess learning to strum goes with
learning to play chords.
U can say i;m an amateur guitar player, because i can play
tabs, i really enjoy playing tabs and they are pretty easy
for me rite now.
Please give me all the advice and tips u know, thanks a
lot.

 

I forgot to add, i would also like u guys to give me some songs for me to practise with.

This is a great website for a beginner. THey have lessons on loads of stuff and aso have songs for you to practice. I learnt a lot from this website. Hope you can find some use to it. :rock:

 

You acn reffer to various sites but I think that at the initial stage one should get the help in person....as in an instructor..or a friend who already plays the guitar. Coz you will learn basic strumming patterns on your own..but then as you advance to the muting techniques...seeing someone play it...and being with someone who could correct you helps.

But at the earlier stage....visit the various sites...KannadaBoi reffered to a good one.
