my question is if i tune my guitar on drop d tunning... so can i play all standard chords .. ..... like A,B,C,D,E,F,.......... .. let "F" ITS CHORD DIAGRAM IS (133211) .. so can i play on drop d tuniing as F chord??? and it gives the sound same as F chords gives in standard tunning..??????????? plz get my point .. what i am trying to say..
i suppose u mean to ask, will it give the same sound as standard tuning??? and will the chord shape remain the same??
well the chord shape will change, but it will sound the same, since a chord consists of the 1 ,3 and 5 of a scale, hence find the scale on the neck, and the three notes, so u see ,it will sound the same, but in order to doo so u need to have a diffrent shape here- https://www.perfectfourths.com/p4lessons/WhyP4.htm not a directly related article, but may help u
