im playing guitar for almost 3 yrs n i have done alot of gigs and functions wid my freinz in short i knoe alot of things abt guitar but there is 1 thing which i dnt knoe iz tht how do v get guitar chords just by lisening to the song? i on the other hand search for guitar tabs of the internet which quite disturbs me so plz any1 of u can tell my how do v get chords just by lisnin 2 song by ear?
I don't think there is a rule to be able to do such, its just a matter of practising, practising and practising! And i mean practising with alot songs, just by playing along with the songs and keep trying to "feel" the chords are played. There are some people who can do such, but in the first place, you just need to have some "perfect" ears, i mean you have to be one of the lucky ones out there with the perfect pitch, if you know what i mean. As far as i know there are some training stuff to train your ears, i don't know which, but i think you could google for some of them! Good luck man!
