A question regarding chord's name

Ok guys an easy question .. Okay , Am is pronounced as 'A minor' .. so how do i pronounce chords like C#m , F#m ? Do I call it a C hax M ? no right .. so can some1 pls tell me how to say that chord out ? those with the # signs .

 

# is the symbol for sharp, i think, dont remember, those theory classes were so long ago....

 

oh so a F#m is a F sharp ?

oh ok , anyway thanks alot bro for givin me a rough idea of the name i always used to call that chords a hax chord .. lol .. eg : C#m , i would say a 'C hax m' chord

Similarly a "b" is a flat. Bbm= B flat minor
