i stared into the mirror searching my soul in it for a lone time it didn't speak back to me no reason or rhyme... i saw a face pretty! it said i see pink full lips big brown probing eyes long lost untraveled trips in a world full of lies... i egg on the mirror to say something something that i might trust something as innocent as love something as devious as lust but all i see is listless eyes in the world full of lies... my probing eyes shall bear no fruit i smash the mirror to the ground frustrated, i walk away return back a day to later to see that it kisses my reflection the same way... the broken pieces comfort me giving me my answers they narrate to me my story tears fall unleashed tears fall to gravity in this world full of lies the shattered mirror is my reality....
