Here is my attempt. I am not fully satisfied myself with Charanam chords after it transforms to G Major scale from "Paal thirinji". So, please validate. Thank you.

Only Gm is played throughout pallavi and most of 'aariraaro'. 'F' will fit in some places but IR hasn't done so - maybe because he didn't want chord changes to dominate the melody or the gloom/heartache of this song.
Charanam is all major. Interludes are mostly major as well. IR subtly changes without us noticing. For eg, in the 1st interlude, after the 'aariraaro' fades away, a G major chord is played. From there on it's all G major till we return to pallavi.
