I watched Nerverek, The Bicycle Days and Pain of Salvation in the "Gold Row" for Rs 600. Give me that much money and I'd watch them 10 times over.

i'm going for the bombay show, 2000 tix though. he's an awesome singer/songwriter and ****, i grew up listening to that stuff.

the other thing i'm REALLY hoping for is that keith scott gets his trainwreck, but i doubt he takes it out of the studio ($15k+ amplifier). i have to say, keith scott counts for me as one of those "perfect" guitar players in a band context, not dominating but not ignorable either, and has a fabulous tone too. he'll probably have just a marshall JCM900 for the tour as the main amp :( and maybe the plexi and AC30 too.

damn, one single trainwreck player comes to india... and leaves the wreck at home. probably a prudent decision, actually.

Hell Yeah - Keith Scott guitar tone is TEH AWESOME.
Right blend of cleans and crunchy overdrive.

BTW do they run two parallel amps - one on clean and one of overdrive to achieve that tone? If I were to give an example - pay attention when the chords (mostly in/around chorus) in these songs are played - "Its only love", "Run to you" ...

Keith Scott is an awesome player but i wonder why hasn't he got the recognition he deserved...

I had once seen Strings Live in Concert & it was damn boring. The music was goo, But later on they started playing Hindi movie songs as if a local orcheatra wala!!! Gulabi aankhen jo teri dekhi, etc etc...
