hey I am a newbie too, I can do tabs and all, but I have no idea how to figure out chords for a song, how do you do that?
its nice dat u do tab easily... i m weak in dat... actually make a lead part of begiining of song in right scale... nd compare it with chords formula... e.g.... if startin tabs have G,B,D notes then try Gmajor... play along with audio/.... if it matchs den d whole songs will have 90% of chords of G scale like D,Am,Bm,Em,C,G nd sometimes..... A, F...etc... so make rough lead of othr song as well and compare with chord formula nd audio... wl be borin nd problematic in begining like i hav.... bt aftr practicing many songs chords vl spontaneously arise in mind.... hav patience nd work hard... btw dis is my second try....u tried or nt...?? sounds gud or nt>>>??? rply... bst luck....cheers :beer:
