check out WARMEN-JAPANESE HOSPITALITY.its kinda gotta classic 80's sound n they sound a lot like "CHILDREN OF BODOM"!...the reason y they sound like alexi n the boys are cos WARMEN is a side project of children of bodom's keyboardist!"JANNE VILJAMI WIRMAN!"....& ofcourse guest vocalist incl ALEXI LAIHO!......dwnload em thru torrents!!......and IGTians are you aware 80's rock/ballad hero's EUROPE are back with a new rec called "LAST LOOK @ EDEN!"released on sep 9,2009................they sound almost the same except for the great vocalist JOEY TEMPEST sounds a bit bassy these days compared to how great he used to sound on classics like carrie,open your heart,rock the nite & ofcourse the poppish "THE FINAL 'fkn' COUNTDOWN!"........

A smashin record along with michael schenker on lead makin scorpions a three guitarist band{even though michael quit b4 the album rlsd!!}.....voted "THE BEST ALBUM SLEEVE" by PLAYBOY magazine in 1979!!......the record consisted of hot ballads like "ALWAYS SOMEWHERE","HOLIDAY","COAST TO COAST(instrmntl)" and the rockin "lovin you sunday morning",another piece of meat!!",and slightly reggae soundin "is there anybody there!!".........

aint they trash/death?.they vocals sounda lot like death metal!!........they play flyin "V"'s in their video's!!...........

Thats a stunning album - great "pacy" songs.

I heard trivium and lamb of god.
Somehow they didn't suit my taste.

But hey, that doesnt mean I dont like metchul - anyone cares for Pantera here?

 

@ alpha-same here trivium & lamb of god aint my taste too....tried them coupla days ago they sounded good on riffs but on the vocals...i guess ill puke n they can rocrd em 4 the vocals...no offence to their fans here!!.....i need some good vocals over crunchin riffs otherwise they aint my preference!!.......thats the main reason why scorps have been a band ill die for and klaus meine the numero uno on my worlds best rock voice list along robert plant,joe elliot,david coverdale & james hetfield!!....!!....listen to "ALWAYS SOMEWHERE" on the LOVEDRIVE tape n ull know wat i mean?!!.......though i aint likin his voice that much these days!!age ****s up the voice a bit i guess!!...afterall klaus is in his late 50's!!!!!!!!!!...........about pantera...the only metalcore band i guess i ever listened to!!....they rocked then...love phil's vocals with dime's squeal's on "CEMETRY GATES!!"...still bangin to "WALK!!".....R.I.P-DIMEBAG DARELL..................

more than 20 million copies sold worldwide!!....one of the best def leppard records....includes the billboard number one ballad "LOVE BITES",(***y riffed)POUR SOME SUGAR ON ME!,ANIMAL,HYSTERIA,ARMAGEDDON IT,WOMEN,ROCKET,etc....the thumpin drums was with rick allen minus his left arm after an car crash!!...major comeback for him/def leppard.....joe elliot n the boys were at their best on this record!!...........this is one of the few albums that had more than 7 top single on the billboard!!....downrite this is a record worth every penny spent!!....a must have for every hard rock fan & def leppard fans will surely treasure em all life long(got my scratched/screwed,draggin tape stll...in the attic!!)...has an intrestin psychedelic album sleeve too!!........

chkd out kreator-enemy of god recmnded by distorted....sounded gud....resembled a lot to metallica's early 80's days.....pure thrash metal!!....the vocals ccould have better!!.......but i guess thats is wat kreator's famous for!!...........

check out the new "alice in chains" record with the new vocalist william duvall.....sad they continue without legendary layne staley unlike "nirvana"!......a decent record with classic alice in chains sounds but not hard like the early days but still a loveable!! record...must buy for all AIC fans(if any of u guys still xist like me!!)....miss staley's vocals though RIP-LAYNE STALEY
