i have figured out the chords.
havent tried ur's but mine sonds good.
to know weather the chords are matching try to play with the song. u'll get to know.

This is my first post...I have very very limited knowledge...sometimes I feed Bm is better than D at few places and vice a versa...I hope atleast a few people would like it..

 

Hi i m new to guitar but i guess there is G major & Fmajor in it.
I tried with A E D pattern but it doesnt sound tht great.
Pls somebody try to figure out the exact chords..

 

according to me .. it will be just easier to play D instead of Bm because they almost sound the same to me
