    Hi Guys....
I play an acoustic guitar for few years now. I am planning to buy an electric one now. Can you all please suggest which one should I get.

I have never played an electric before. Would like to play all sorts of music.. Rock..Metal..Blues..solos etc. Basically best for all kinds of genres. My budget is around 15K including a decent amplifier.

I have made a list of guitars in this range, their rating in UltimateGuitar site and price in india. Please suggest the best option out of these.

Guitar Ultimate Guitar rating Price In India(Rs)
    Avion AV1 8.7 14900
    Avion AV3 8.5 19700
    Agile AL-31 9
    Cort X2 8.3 12200
Epiphone LP Special ii 8.1 11800
    Ibanez GRX40 8.1 12290
    Yamaha Pacifica 012 8.1 12800
    Fender Squire California 6 12267
    Squire Bullet Strat 7.6 11190

I have Cort x2, Epiphone Les Paul Special Edition 2 in mind. Please suggest even if it is not in this list.

Looking for a good and unanimous response.

Read the guide. It has some good points.
If you haven't played electric before I strongly suggest you take someone with you and listen while they play. That way you can probably tell the best sounding guitar to you. Then play them yourself and get the one you want. This is important as it will encourage you to play your instrument more.

You know what he means Alpha. He wants a detailed analysis of each guitar with it's pros and cons. Sorry buddy, only stoners here, too lazy to type. But if I had to make a choice I would go for the AV3, personal bias towards Greg Bennett.

Although, GB&A (the Indian company) did make one model which they claimed to be there masterpiece, and unsurprisingly priced it at a mere 12 grand. The guitar is the most versatile guitar in that range, so if you're a beginner, try hunting the legendary guitar down if you want to experiment with music. Since GB&A has such a high repute as a guitar manufacturer, it's not surprising that the valuation of the guitar has only declined in recent years and is valued at 8 grands, in a good well serviced working condition.

In other words, I'm selling my guitar for 8k, it's decent for a beginner. You'll be able to learn a lot on it, very versatile, can play every genre 'almost' decently.
