It is absolutely Suresh's attempt. I love this song. To me this song is one of the milestone songs of IR. Whenever, I hear this song, I go silent and enjoy the magical voice of IR. Thanks for digging this out and make me to hear this song again after a long period.

Guys, try these chords. You will enjoy the song and also see the talent of IR. The entire song only in two chords A and D Minor with added variation of 6th and 7th chords. Only IR can do this magic........... No way to compare with anyone else.... Sathya

 

Can we use A7 in the place of G? It suits better than G Major. A7 includes the note 'G'............. Sathya

Ok from the given notes i see that its a FM7/A chord or u can call it as Amaddb13 chord.

Jimi, the song is only in A and Dm with added chords. It is really a great work. No F or C or G chords. IR has used 6th and 7th chords of A and Dm instead of whole chords.............. This song is something special........ Sathya

Why Gm ? Why not G or A7 ?

 

Suresh, if u look at my version, all chords are related to Dm.

 

I agree with Senthil's chords except the Am in charanam which should be an A7 in my opinion.
