Guys, i knw this may not be the place to post this question...but i really need help! What happened was my zoom g3x got busted which i had purchased from bajaao. then they asked me to send it back to them.i did so a month back! even untill today they have not repaired,its under warranty.whedn i ask them abt the processor they just delay it by a week saying "your processor will be ready in a weeks time, we will inform u when it is ready to be shipped"(this has happened 3 times). 3 days back i called them and they said they wud get back to me on the issue.and neva did.i called them yest and the same happened.now i really dont knw what to do. can u please help me!
Hi Devil Idol, Sorry, unfortunately there is no way we can help you here. I do not know anyone from Bajaao. The only way IGT can help is, may be try and tie up with one of these vendors, and try and deliver products to our users in a better and efficient way. Lets see, we'll see what other members of IGT think, and may be we can work out something nice . Cheers !
Bajaao's reputation has solidly gone down the drain as time has progressed. I have read many complaints about their unprofessional behaviour at hifivision and team-bhp. https://www.hifivision.com/dealer-feedback-review/43393-bajaao-com-review-feedback.html The only thing you can do is to perhaps raise the stink all over the internet. (Because they get quite a business from internet). Use Facebooks and Twitters (and orkuts and blah blah) social networking sites for this (log complaint on THEIR pages - not yours. Otherwise the max damage you can expect to do is your hare-brained friend clicking on "like" button - which won't help you in real life). As a though aside, why doesn't facebook come up with a button "HATE"?
thanks a lot guys!...i have a feeling they are dragging it coz its warranty ends in a month! after which they will probably charge me for the repair, i didnt knw these ppl could be such low lifes!..ill wait for 2 more days if they dont ill rain their fb page with worst reviews as well as ill write very bad review about them on their site! and i am thinking i file a case of felony!
K..i enquired for a mxr full bore using other email id...and those low lifes replied within an hour..whereas my zoom g3x enquiry mail is still on hold! now im really pissed!
Have you or have you not crapped on their Facebook/Twitter/Orkut/Linkedin yet? You can put this point ... I think it would be fun watching the defense proceedings from Ashutosh/Knopfler I am sure they will come up with an excuse of Christmas/New year/vacations. And to counter that you can come up with this revelation (that they responded promptly to a sales inquiry, but are ignoring the service one)
well i havent crapped abt it yet! i called them again today! the guy named "monish" said he will call me back by today evening!if he doesnt ill start crapping in every place where i find their name
I posted it on facebook in group "am used musical instrument gear" and my friend commented it on one of bajaaos fb page posts go like and share it
1st of all my budget was low! and i could run 6 effects simultaniously...and manage any 3 so in that range it was very hard to find processor that allow managing 3 effects...i got an expression pedal(i am a crazy wah fan)..and the sound was kinda nice for that price! even now i love it! i had my own tone in it! now i should spend time and create it again
