Sathya, this song is a rehash of IR's other southern language hit. Forgot the original version's movie name.

 

Heard the song today. It is an absolute melody and quite a soft one. Thanks Senthil. Going with the chord, taking the root note as F#, "roja ondru mutham" comes like A#A# BB A#A#............... This is a major scale notes based song.
