Not in his budget... OP: try getting a used Boss ME20... i sold mine sometime back for around 6k... Also used Zoom g2 goes pretty cheap... keep and eye on the used gear market... i also saw a used Korg AX1500 for 5k... Keep your eyes open.. Good Luck !
