    My daydream is:
Shredding a soul-crushing solo on a jam-packed venue, something of Central Park scale.

today while i was walking towards my office i was imagining the busy traffic being stalled by this huge podium rising from the ground...and on top of it a vision of a rock god (...err....me...) playing what the world has never heard before...words won't be able to describe it..hence i won't try to....but it felt super awesome !!

once while i was trying my hand at being tom morello at a guitar shop in parkstreet..i imagined chris cornell walking in on me :p it's true !!
and i imagined him complimenting me on my playing even (do people get banned out here for alleged insanity? )

and i think about stuff like this way too often :D

Hahaha, didn't pay attention to the guitar as much ...
But she was playing some nice "licks" though - so it does remain guitar related.

    PS: seen these shapes?:

My dream as a guitarist is as follows:

I dream that i own a private island with my private studio that has all the gear i drool on. A nice wife to keep me company, and a F-22 jet. Plus all the random accessories. Oh and i go on tour four months an year. And of course the fans love me and they call me the greatest guitarist ever and i am the new benchmark for the next 50-70 years, thank you.

    Hahaa..
btw this is the guitar Sushmit Sen plays (Indian Ocean).
Doesn't it affect performance as it has no wood for a body? I mean with respect to resonance, etc.?

They have powerful pickups.... Nothing else...

Just think of Gene Simmons' bass, how much wood do you think it has?

I believe, they tend to have poor sustain... I have seen a double cutaway like this in a local grason shop... Never tried one...

sustain depends on the rigidity of the supporting ends..so if the bridge and the tuner aren't all wobbly, I guess there shouldn't be issues related to sustain
