I'v seen people endlessly thrash fender squier guitars on the internet but are they realy that bad??..i tried one out and it was realy easy to play..dint pay much attention to the sound but still..its supposd to be fender n ol..
Squier CV (Classic Vibe 50/60) series is pretty good and is considered at par or better than the MIM (Made in Mexico) Fenders
Playability on the Fender Squiers is good.. Though the pickups are not that great..But for the cost u pay its decent!!!!
the recent productions...especially the Vintage Modifieds and Classic Vibe series are very good...some say they are on par with the MIM standards!
I saw that in one of the guitar stores... If I'm not wrong, it was used by Farhan Akhtar in the movie Rock On in the music video of "Socha Hai"... That's one ***y piece of equipment.... BTW, how much do the cost?
^ Its the same ol' strat shape with some stupid graphics/decals, how does it make look se><y? Or rather more se><y than other Strats ... ?
The lower end bullet strats are utter piece of crap, As mentioned above the only squires you can blindly buy are the Classic Vibe series.
All this reeks of elitism. Your hands your eyes your ears determine what is low end and what is high end. I remember, once long time ago, there was a member here Dharmatma, he had tried the PRS guitars - and said he was shocked to see such a poor workmanship, and poor tone and sustain. in general.
well da guitar i mentioned above costs abt 20k online..as it is fender i dont think playability is an issue..no idea abt da sound tho..yet to see it in a store..n btw how much do da classic vibe series cost?..
