Guys! I'm new to processor and pedals.. My budget is around 5k.. I m planning to.buy Digitech RP80 or Zoom G1X.. Which is gud? Is der more suggestions? I play rock, metal, acoustic.. Which has got more effects and ll be nice??
Get an amplifier with inbuilt effects....such as Roland Microcube(something which will fit in ur budget) The processors in 5k range are pathetic... Investing in pedals is a costly deal...So if u buy one...U wont be satisfied with one or rather u will need other pedals in chain to compliment each other...So think accordingly..Are you willing to spend around approx 20K for pedals? Then buy a pedal..i mean start with one pedal and keep collecting others later on... I strongly recommend buying an amplifier with inbuilt effects within ur budget...
I laney amp.. It has got inbuit effect.. But the prob is , I cant take my amp where eva I go for stage performance to other colleges.. Thats y thought of buying a basic processor pedal.. Will zoom g1xnext ll be perfect? Cos I'm nt a pro, I'm just a player..but I need diffent types of rock, metal, acoustic
Look out for used stuff.. you might find some decent deals on Zoom G2 or G2.1u... One guy was selling his pocket POD XT for 7k sometime back.. Used market is the place for people on low budget.. All the best !
Get a USED Delay + distortion pedal for now..U shud be good..Might just fit in ur budget..... But any pedal/processor with ur laney with inbuilt effects will sound bad...which laney amp do u have?
I ll ve to change the settings regurarly for stage performance.. So I think processor and pedal will do.. But dunnooo if zoom g1xn ll do.. If any of u guys ve used.. Pls tel.. Confused
g1xn is good but its dist is a bit loose i use it with my metal zone for the dist or using metal zone to sharpen the dist of the proc.
If you are soo hell bent upon buying a processor there are lots and lots of processors for sale on OLX.com...Just google and u will find information on those...U will get a great deal there.....
Olx, Quickr, Sulekha are like classifieds. You only get contact details of the Seller. So you can always check out the product before you handover the cash. Usually people selling their pedals/processors want to upgrade hence more often than not you will get a piece that is working. As mymusicmyguitar said you will get good deals. Also for your budget you can get a more feature packed processor than a new G1.
Depends upon how u make the deal.....Actually its better to find deals in ur own city...That way it reduces the risk of getting duped....
