New original uploaded here:- Columbia by mymusicmyguitar on SoundCloud - Create, record and share your sounds for free Somehow i am less confident about executing tapping while maintaining continuity in the solo. This is an effort towards that. Inspired to so from a friend from Columbia..Hence the name.. Please ignore the ending..Needs some modification.. Any comments/feedback .... most welcome....
The ending is a bit abrupt..With the last tapping...and then the last clean delayed riff...something is missing......just not connecting...Could be better...Thanks for listenin!!!
Very nice, good guitaring and well composed, as it sounds good. These are some of the ingredients for a good composition! Although there are some things to be improved. The most important thing is the timing, especially when playing the fast notes, the timing is not perfect, so you have to work to improve this. This isn't to offend you man, just some indications about the things you should improve. Another thing, if you want to boost up the song, just add a bass line, you'll be surprised what a bass can do with a track! About the ending, it is simple but nothing wrong about it, there is no need to have an complicated outro. Take care man and keep posting!!!
thanks @Keoraf. Yes m aware of the part where the timing is off. Actually was suppose to pick the note on the off beat and didnt do that So had to rush thru the rest of the part. And i was way to bored to record again. Thanks for pointin it out in no way Its offendin Infact these points are a good way to improve ones playin
I like this a lot even though you've made mistakes in the playing...the musical ideas are really nice in my opinion. I think the diminished arpeggio makes it really cool (I've never managed to use it as well while I'm playing).
