Both versions seem to be in B major.
Its just B and G#m all through the song.
Sourav is right, this looks like a pentatonic scale - just 5 notes used per octave.
    In B major they are B, C#, D#, F# and G#.
No idea what raaga it is based on.

    (B)Dil hoom hoom kare, ghabraaye
    Ghan dham dham
    (G#m)kare, darr (B)jaaye
    Ek boond kabhi paa
(G#m)ni ki mori (B)ankhiyon se barsaaye
    Dil hoom hoom kare, ghabraaye

(B)Teri jhori daaroooooo...........(G#m)oon sab (B)sukhe paat jo aaye
    Tera chhua laageeee............
    (G#m)eeee, meri (B)sukhi daar hariyaaye

(B)Jis tan ko chhua tuneeee........(G#m)ee, us(B) tan ko chhupaaoon
    Jis man ko laage nainaaa.............
    (G#m)aaa voh(B) kisko ***haaoon

    O more chandrama....
    (G#m)aaaa, teri (B)chaandni ang jalaaye
    Teri oonchi ataariiiii................
    (G#m)iiii maine (B)pankh liye katwaaye
