Finally i will avoid the hassle of assembling the pedals everytime i go for practice or a gig.

    Pedal board size - 27 * 14 inches
    Material used - wood
Yamaha keyboard bag from Furtados which was 43 * 15 inches or slightly smaller was cut short and made 28*15 inches.
Method applied to tie the pedals - Zip Locks. Holding the pedals really really well....
    Total cost - 750/-(wooden board) + Yamaha keyboard bag 400/- + fittin to size (200/-) + Zip Locks 50/-
    = 1400/-

    Will post the pics tonight.

    Pics attached...

MySansamp Tri Ac is missing. Its undergoing repair for the issue that i had mentioned in one of the previous posts. But there is lot of room to accomodate that one.

Well. In terms of durability jump on it man and it wont break..I got it done from proper wood. Didnt use plywood. I still have to paint it black. Well i dont think so anyones gonna peep in my bag. Coz it wont come out of the bag on stage. Just unzip the case and i am done..And moreover...If one zip lock breaks which ideally it wudnt soo soon....I will put another..Removing and fixing is pretty simple..

The source was the local carpenter who did it for me.
Zip locks u will get it from any of the local hardware electric store. Get the longest possible size. The one that i have used is 8inches. Apparently 8 inches is still small to wrap the pedal so what i did was i locked one zip lock into another and made a zip lock of longer size ;). U will have to pay around 60-80 bucks for 100 zip lock strips. I bought 50. i think i used around 25.

If you're going to add another row of pedals wouldn't it have been easier to use if it was at a slightly higher level? Then again it might not have fit in the bag, but from a utility point of view, you wouldn't have to tip toe over the lower row.

Oh and what's a zip lock?
